Capture This has captured hearts and minds all over the world, encouraging everyone to be their beautiful, vulnerable selves. "We write songs about important topics that often don't get spotlighted but need a voice. Musically we take pieces of songs from some of our favorite artists and try to recreate them with our own pop alternative rock style." Taking inspiration from Demi Lovato and Mayday Parade, the band pours raw emotion into every melody.

The band has already made monumental strides in their music career. Crushing competition from over 100 song submissions voted by radio panelists and radio listeners, CT took home first in the Hometown for the Holidays competition hosted by KTCL 93.3, making them "Top Alternative Band in Colorado." Capture This has since shared the stage with artists such as Wet Leg, Bob Moses, A Day to Remember, Jimmy Eat World, girlfriends, Plain White Tees, 3OH!3, The Spill Canvas, Andy Grammer, and Knox.

The band's reach has extended beyond the stage as well, serving as guest DJs for Emo Nite x Warped Tour's Breaking & Entering set in Denver.

Capture This is set to release a new EP in 2027, produced by Dan Swank, touring guitarist for All Time Low. The upcoming release marks an evolution in the band's sound, while staying true to the raw emotional storytelling that's defined their music from the start.
